EDUCATOR

Matt's a gifted, inspired and experienced music educator who's been in the piano department at Berklee College of Music for 25 years. His focus is on teaching improvisation and how to function in an ensemble setting, in nearly any popular style including: jazz, rock, pop, funk, R&B, singer/songwriter, country, soul/neosoul, Afro-Latin, reggae. He works with musicians who have a few years experience for whom it's a hobby, on up to the professional level. His approach is clear, concise, FUN, and disciplined.
